What are the service hours at Spa del Mar?

Spa therapies are available from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm everyday of the week. Gym facilities and spa wet area are open from 6:00 am – 10:00 pm daily.

How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?

Allocate a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your treatment to allow yourself ample time to change. A locker will be available for use, Spa del Mar is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal effects.

When should I use the sauna, steam, whirlpool or cold plunge?

A pre treatment regime, take a plunge in the hot whirlpool or increase blood circulation while detoxifying at the sauna or steam room. Do a dip at the cold plunge after a hot therapy to a refreshing ending.

Is there any special clothing I would need for my services?

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing at the Spa del Mar, however please feel free to wear the robes and undergarments provided for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped over areas not being worked on and to protect your privacy at all times.

What should I expect during my visit at Spa del Mar?

A private locker, robe, slippers and personal amenities are provided along with complimentary fresh fruits and welcome drink for every treatment made.

What is the cancellation policy of the spa and why is it important?

In consideration of other guests, we ask a minimum notice of 2 hours in advance in order to avoid a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment value. All no-shows are charged full value.

Can I receive the full time of my service when I arrive late?

Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments and the full value rate of the service will be charged.

Are there any health concerns for the treatments?

Upon reservation, please inform our spa associates of you are currently experiencing the following conditions: high blood pressure, allergies, heart condition, physical ailment or disabilities or pregnancy.

How old should someone be to use the facility and receive a service?

To be able to maintain a tranquil and excellent spa environment at Spa del Mar, clients must be a minimum of 16 yrs in age. However, there are some special spa programs for parents and their children under this age which will be considered.
